Roger Tissot

Roger Tissot is an experienced local content expert that has published several papers on best practice on local content and engagement of indigenous communities. Roger started his career at the Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI) where he specialized in Latin America's energy policy issues, He then worked for EnCana in a number of functions such as Business Development and Government Relations, and thereafter for PFC Energy (now IHS MAKRIT). Roger has advised government of several countries on sustainable local content/procurement strategies.
